My friend Nina sent this to me. I promised her that I would get it on my blog.
ANYONE HAVING INFORMATION SHOULD CONTACT
National Center for Missing & Exploited Children
1-800-843-5678 (1-800-THE-LOST)
Mena Police Department (Arkansas) 1-479-394-1212
This young girl lives just down the street from my friend. If all bloggers would put a link to this info (click on photo for link to the National Center’s poster) or mention it on their blog more information could get out.

Where I am right now

I am listening to Dr. Kim Riddlebarger’s Amillennialism 101 lectures you can find them here: The Academy & Author’s Forum. Dr. Riddlebarger has made a comment that many preterists tend to have come from former dispensationalists that have gone to the other extreme. Ouch, that was a little to close to home for this old boy.
Anyway I’m sure Jeremy will be pleased to learn that I am investigating Amillennialism more. Still not ready to disavow myself of either my preterists or my Post-millennial views but I must admit that the good Dr. make some compelling arguments for the ammillennial position.
And lest I forget to properly thank him Fred Butler (Hip & Thigh, Fred’s Bibletalk) has sent out three new podcasts. Now I love Fred’s teaching and we only disagree in few places (like eschatology) and so if you are looking for some solid teaching I strongly suggest you subscribe to his podcast. he doesn’t do it as frequently as some but when he does it is worth listening.

What do we mean by Christ’s humiliation?
By Christ’s humiliation we mean that he was born, and that in a low condition; that he was made
under the law, and underwent the miseries of this life, the wrath of God, and the cursed death of the
cross; that he was buried, and continued under the power of death for a time.
Scripture: Luke 2:7; Galatians 4:4; Isaiah 53:3; Luke 22:44; Matthew 12:40; 27:46; Philippians 2:8; Mark
15:45-6.
What do we mean by Christ’s exaltation?
By Christ’s exaltation we mean his rising again from the dead on the third day, ascending up into
heaven, sitting at the right hand of God the Father, and coming to judge the world at the last day.
Scripture: 1 Corinthians 15:4; Acts 1:11; Mark 16:19; Acts 17:31.
